The first reason being that I was curious to see if the authors heavenly experience was like that of others I know who have had a similar experience. It was. The other reason I was curious about this story, I've been a Missourian all of my life and I was curious. Turns out this tragic accident took place not far from where I live.
I enjoyed the book overall. It was a good break from my normal reads and gave me something new to ponder. Some happy, some sad, but it was well balanced. The beginning was a little graphic and gory for me, but that didn't last long. I also have a pretty weak stomach these days. If you are squeamish, the beginning can be a little hard to get through. I have a very vivid indignation and can see everything as clearly as if I were standing in the hospital room myself. But the overall story was worth the read. I would recommend this one.."
